1. Acceptance

By using iptvprime8k.ca or subscribing to IPTV Prime Canada, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Description of Service

IPTV Prime Canada provides an internet-based TV streaming service delivering live TV channels, video on demand, and related content to subscribers within Canada. Service activation is completed via WhatsApp within 5-30 minutes after payment confirmation.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to subscribe
  • You must reside in Canada
  • You must have a valid Canadian payment method

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Payment is made in advance via Interac e-transfer, PayPal, or approved methods
  • Subscription terms (annual, lifetime) are clearly stated at purchase
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Applicable Canadian taxes may apply

5. Refunds

  • 24-hour refund guaranteed if activation fails on your device/ISP setup
  • After successful activation, refunds are discretionary based on service disruption or fault
  • Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 30 days from activation
  • Chargebacks are handled per credit card issuer processes

6. Account Sharing and Abuse

  • Single-device plans are for one active stream at a time
  • Multi-device plans allow simultaneous streams within the number of devices allocated
  • Selling or reselling access to third parties is prohibited
  • Excessive concurrent sessions from geographically distant locations may trigger security holds

7. Acceptable Use

  • Personal, non-commercial use only
  • No redistribution of content to third parties
  • No use of automated tools or scripts to interact with the service
  • No attempt to reverse engineer or bypass service protections

8. Content

Content available on the service is provided as-is. Availability may vary. Some content may be geo-restricted or subject to blackouts based on rights holder requirements.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific channel availability. We do our best but cannot guarantee 24/7 uptime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription. We may suspend or terminate for violations of these Terms. On termination, unused subscription time is not refundable except per our Refunds section.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified to active subscribers via WhatsApp. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
